We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Unity Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in building high-quality land-based slot and casino games. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with creativity to develop immersive gameplay, integrate rich visual and audio content, and ensure smooth performance on specialized hardware. If you have a strong background in Unity, a deep understanding of EGM systems, and a desire to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment - this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Unity Developer (m/f/d) you will design, develop, and maintain engaging gameplay features and math logic using Unity and C#.
You'll seamlessly integrate 2D/3D animations, audio, and visual effects to create a polished and immersive player experience.
Moreover, your work will involve connecting games to platform-specific SDKs and proprietary cabinet systems, ensuring full functionality across a range of hardware.
In addition you'll take ownership of optimizing performance for resource-constrained environments, while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll also share your expertise by mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional Unity development experience
At least one shipped land-based slot or casino game
Fluent in English, German is nice to have
Expert knowledge of C# and Unity’s core systems (e.g. scene management, animation controllers)
Deep understanding of EGM architecture: reel engines, paylines, credit systems
Experience with asset bundles or Addressables and memory optimization techniques
Familiarity with working under regulatory constraints (timings, input lockouts, responsible gaming logic)
