Join us as a Part-Time Team Assistant & Office Coordinator (m/f/d) and help keep our daily office operations running smoothly! You’ll manage supplies, hardware procurement, contracts, and facility maintenance, support HR with onboarding, and organize team events and meetings to build a positive company culture. You’ll also handle the office budget, basic bookkeeping, calendar coordination, and be the main contact for all office-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Team Assistant & Office Coordinator (m/f/d) you ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing supplies, hardware procurement, contracts, and facility maintenance.
  • You will support HR with onboarding new employees, from desk setup to access badges and welcome kits.
  • Furthermore, you organize team events, offsites, celebrations, and company-wide meetings to foster a positive culture.
  • You also manage office budget and petty cash, assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking.
  • Moreover, you coordinate calendars for events and maintenance, handle incoming calls, deliveries, and visitors.
  • Last but not least, you serve as the main point of contact for office-related needs, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Manager, or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in English, German is nice to have
  • Hands-on, proactive, and approachable attitude
  • Experience in creative, tech, or game industry is a big plus
